To showcase your brand across Google and connect customers to your community, add your social profiles on your brand profile.
Adding social profiles through Merchant Center allows you to display verified social profiles on your brand profile, enhancing your brand's visibility and connecting you with potential customers.
How to add your social profiles
Important:
- You must claim the brand profile before you can update your social profiles.
- Only super admins can manage social profiles.
- To find your brand profile, you must sign in to the Google Account associated with it.
- There can be a delay in updates that appear on your brand profile, and social profiles may not always appear.
- Open Google Search.
- Search for your exact business name.
- Select Social.
- Select your Merchant Center account.
- Under “Social profiles,” from the "Social media" dropdown menu, select the profile that you want to add.
- In the “Website address” field, enter your social profile URL.
- To add more than one social profile, select Add social profile.
- Select Save.
