View Gemini usage in your team or organization

View the Gemini usage in your team or organization as described in the following sections.

When you use Gemini in AppSheet Solutions, you consume credits based on the number and complexity of the AI tasks that are run by users of the apps owned by creators in your organization. To learn more about credits and how to manage them, see Mange credits for Gemini usage.

Access the Gemini usage page

To access the Gemini usage page, do the following:

Sign in to AppSheet.
On the My Apps page, select Admin Console from your account profile drop-down.

Alternatively, from an Admin page, such as My account or My team, you can select Admin > Admin Console in the top navigation.
Select Reports > Gemini usage in the left navigation.

The Gemini usage page opens.

The Gemini usage page in the AppSheet Admin Console allows you to do the following:

View summary of credits granted and consumed
View or download all Gemini usage in your team or organization
Select the month for which you want to display Gemini usage in the upper-right corner of the page (defaults to the current month)
Search or filter the usage list
Click the name of an internal app in the list to view details for the app
Click the user name for an account in your team or organization (internal user) to view details for the account

View summary of credits granted and consumed

At the top of the Gemini usage page, view the following information:

Number of credits granted to your organization for the current month
Number of credits consumed by your organization for the current month
Pie chart showing number of credits available versus consumed as a percentage

View all Gemini usage

In the main body of the Gemini usage page, view all Gemini usage in your team or organization, including the following details. Sort by user name, app name, or other details, as required.

User detail	Description
App name	App name. You can click the app name to view details for the app.
App owner	Owner of the app.
Users	Number of app users.
AI task runs	Number of times an AI task was run using Gemini in AppSheet Solutions.
Credits consumed/%	Number of credits consumed by the AI tasks run in the app using Gemini in AppSheet Solutions. Percentage of total credits consumed across all apps.
Last run	Date an AI task was last run.

Download all Gemini usage

Download all Gemini usage as a CSV file by selecting More > Export CSV in the upper right corner of the main body of the page.
