Google provides translated versions of the Advertising Policies Help Center, though they're not meant to change the content of the policies. In June 2017, as part of a Beta program, Google Ads will no longer require plumbers targeting ads in San Diego and Los Angeles to undergo business verification checks.
In addition, Google Ads will also introduce business verification checks for locksmiths, towing, garage door, and auto glass repair services targeting ads in the San Francisco Bay Area. After the new policy goes into effect, and for as long as the Beta program is running, the Other restricted businesses policy will be updated to reflect this change.
