Their App is completely useless when it comes to adding payments, specially with cards that are part of a partnership for extra points. It takes multiple attempts just to add a credit card, doesn't recognize zip codes easily, they don't have a website it is all on the app and chat, can't see past transactions. That part is always showing an error and please try again later but never works. I can't wait for Chase to drop this partnership. Fix the App. The $10 credit is not even showing on the App

I don't know if it's the area I live in or what, but I have had multiple terrible experiences with this app. One was during a large concert and I thought, okay, they were just overwhelmed, but just now on a normal Saturday morning, I watched my driver drive right past me without even thinking of stopping and it was taking forever to find a new driver. Even when working well, wait times are very long even at the priciest option. Quicker and easier to bother friends for a ride.

For some reason, the app uses the ringtone volume on your phone to play music when a driver is assigned to your ride request. It should only use the notification volume to make sounds as it is not a phone-calling app. I have set all notifications from the app to be silent, but it still makes noise, which is something I cannot allow on my phone. Please fix it to use the notification volume like all non-phone apps are required to do
