I can no longer log in. it just loops back to the login page. I have to use the website on my laptop. App is completely unusable. Have uninstalled & reinstalled. Also, in previous versions, I could save a gift card to my account. Now, I have to enter it every time. And when I get to the end of a gift card, neither the app nor the website allows me to use up the gift card and pay the rest another way. To do that, I have to go into the store and enter them each manually on their pinpad.

The app is unbelievably glitchy hard to believe Taco Bell is owned by the same company. I had to add wings almost 20 times to get it to actually take it would keep adding them and then never show up in the cart. Its 2025 and I have a relatively new phone, step up your game. Mcdonalds app is like a 5 star hotel compared to this creature. it's so bad I can't even place an order on the app or the website. you literally won't take my money..... absolutely trash

I pay for the food on the app and complete my purchase without issue. Then I drive to the store and they either put the tip option machine in front of me or print the receipt to have me sign with the option for gratuity. I'm driving to the store. That's *the* reason I'm driving to the store is to avoid extra fees and costs. Who is that tip for? Myself? This is out of control.
