I downloaded because I wanted to watch House of Payne. Bet+ doesn't have the newest 3 seasons! That is the case with alot of other BET shows. I canceled my subscription after only two days. Also you can't even stream anything on a different device unless you sign up for the premium subscription. I signed up on my phone and could watch fine. When I got home and signed in on my FireTV, I could not stream anything. I couldn't even switch during my free trial period, I had to create a new account.

Videos will not play. When videos do play, they glitch and become pixelated. It's crazy that Bet+ is increasing their subscription amount when the software development has decreasedin value. The app is not working correctly on any device. Not on the phone, not on the TV, and not on the computer. There is clearly and issue with app developers. I would no longer recommend this service or app.

Suddenly, I can no longer watch the app on my TV's only on my phone. I contacted support but they are not helping resolve the issue. I paid for a whole year. I should not have to be inconvenienced and have to mirror my phone to the TV just to watch an app that is on the TV. I would like a partial refund since I can only use the app partially. Please, support team, don't respond with how disheartening it is, or apologize or any other pacifying line. Fix it!
