I purchased a subscription to watch the women's Euros. The live game kept rebuffing and the replays keep stopping with an error message. I've just given up. Just canceled. Don't waste your time or money. I was looking forward to enjoying women's football. Really disappointing. Zero stars if I could.

This feels like fake advertisement. I got it to watch Liga MX. It said if I paid for premium I would get no ads. I click on a match and the first thing I get is an ad. I'm then watching the match and 20 minutes into watching the game and boom another ad comes on while the match is going. This is so wrong. I already wrote an email about this months ago and nothing has been done. I will consider not renewing if this continues. How do you advertise no ads and then ads start playing. Ridiculous!

Not what's advertised. Can't see the soccer games that are shown on regular (free) Vix. I ONLY got the Premium service for the soccer games of the Mexican league. They show less on the paid service than the free on. also, terrible customer service. basically a scam. I just regret having paid the full year subscription upfront. I'll just chalk it up as another loss and a lesson learned.
