One star because of one LARGE BUG. It yells if you have a phone with any kind of power saver setting engaged. EVEN IF IT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE SETTING. (It has power all the time) It then discontinue trip logging, blaming the setting. App not smart enough to do job assigned. Also forgets vehicle data if you move app storage from Internal to external memory card. Another bug. Needs fixed badly. Also has no need for camera permission. Location does NOT NEED TO BE ON ALL THE TIME. not fixed 2 yrs.

annoying and inaccurate. for example there's a gentle curve at the top of the hill into my driveway. it continually downgrades my score for braking at that point. the discount that they give you for this app is very small because they have several other things which allow them to disregard your score, for example an accident a couple years ago nullifies your score today.

I have used this app since I started with State Farm Auto Insurance. I don't really like it, but I do like receiving a discount. The additional recent requirements are invasive, and I'd say unnecessary. Physical activity has nothing to do with my auto insurance. Having Bluetooth turned on at all times opens your information to being hacked as well as draining your battery. Truthfully, I don't like it. A clean driving record and no accidents speak volumes. But whatever 🙄
