I want to like this app. It looks like it has a lot of good features, but it just doesn't seem to work. I try to select multiple messages and it stops selecting after a random number (different every time). I delete messages and they are still there. It's slow, and it's frozen on me multiple times and I've only had it installed for like an hour. Going to uninstall it, because it's unusable. :(

The app is good but there are a few key issues that make me consider not using it (Samsung flip user): 1. The app doesn't have a way to mark as spam 2. The app doesn't work when trying to look at deleted emails. Deleted emails won't load properly 3. There needs to be an easy forward button, and the swiping to delete or archive is anti-intuitive. 4. Its not easy to copy text, it often copies the entire email instead of letting you select a few lines of text.

Spike Email - Your Inbox reinvented

Hello,
This is how you can copy specific parts of the text: simply tap on the message to expand it. Then, you can copy any part of the text you'd like. Spike mail offers a block for spam messages. To block, swipe left on the thread, tap more and tap 'block' at the bottom. Please send us a message at chat@spikenow.com, we would be happy to help 😊

This app is interesting and modern with the chat feature. However, it jumps straight from inbox to chat without offering the inbetween stages of threads. I wish that it would still provide a classic thread feature: a listing of e-mails when grouped whereas they could have actions taken upon them in the list or clicked on to open up the individual e-mail and see its full details and contents.
