I use this app alot. Only problems I have is phone calls they don't connect one out of 50 calls and that's my son's phone. When I delete a contact it doesn't take the person's name out. there is a spot to be able to totally remove but can't get it to work. oh and sending or receiving media after midnight things don't send or enter.. but I do like the messaging.

Moving ap to another device is dicey without adequate info. New account has different contact number and chats aren't carried over to the new device. Another is, for some unknown reason, the app isn't consistent when blocking & deleting an individual chat & the same contact. "...a problem. Try again later." Update following prompt clarification from support staff. I learned how 2 do a transfer from one device to another. 5 stars if i knew why the app is erratic deleting chats. No improvement!

Dear user, the availability of transferring the account with all info will be available in future. For now you can just set password and login on another device with the same number and password but there won't be another info. Also contact us at support@zangi.com with title “Blocking issue” and share a detailed description of the issue.

Issues with people I let on, more than the service. Have had couple of scammers, once they have your number they never quit. Had to get several accounts to get rid of them, blocking doesn't work. Maybe a restrict instead of block? They think they are connected but are not. Otherwise a great app. 5stars despite my problems. Just have to be mire careful I guess.
