Annoying, how difficult is it to "process" a transaction. Borderline more inconvenient than simply paying with cash! The transaction is either successful or unsuccessful, what's the point of "processing" a transaction when I have to wait until it gives me definitive answer? Now I have to contact the retailer for a refund after the transaction was successful because I already paid in cash.

I have been using the app for more than four years. 90% to 95% of the time everything is fine, but there are issues with cashback. For example, Flipkart, Bill Pay, Swiggy etc. If you spend a minimum amount of money, you get cashback, but most of the time the cashback is not available. They do nothing even after complaining. Some of my complaints are going on for more than a year and a half, I have not got any solution yet.

Extremely Poor Experience & Request for Account Reactivation. Im writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience using Google Pay, which has been nothing short of frustrating, stressful, & disappointing. My account was deactivated & to reactivate has become a nightmare. I have made multiple attempts to contact support, but the assistance is vague, unhelpful, & at times entirely unresponsive. What made this situation even worse was the absence of a proper escalation.
