I wish I can give a lower rating. 1. Totally user unfriendly - Asks for a phone number to login. It then detects multiple accounts and switches to user ID / password. What is the user ID? No way to figure out 2. ZERO helfpul screens post login. I don't understand the point of this app at all! Airtel Thanks for e.g. is brilliant - Gives an overview of all accounts and what needs to be done wrt to each account. Just delete this app from the Play Store!

Have had the worst experience with ACT among all the internet service providers. The network in unreliable. The service technicians are extremely unprofessional. The service tickets are never resolved on time. And they never respond to calls. Only during the renewal time, we get prompt mails and reminders from ACT team. But they put no efforts to resolve the connectivity issues. Extremely pathetic service.

Absolutely Terrible WiFi – Stay Away! ⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the most frustrating WiFi experience I’ve ever had. The connection drops every 10 minutes, pages take ages to load, and forget about streaming or video calls – they’re a complete disaster. I’ve restarted the router, moved closer, changed devices – nothing works. Customer support? Useless. They give generic instructions and promise follow-ups that never happens
