Pretty terrible all round. I've been unable to even log in for months now as others have mentioned. when I can, the app is clunky and difficult to use. It's also very frustrating how long it takes for sports to be made available to stream after they aired live. On Kayo, this happens straight away. With Foxtel, I've seen it take more than a day at times. You would think that a company at risk of being relegated to the past would put more effort into trying to compete in the streaming space

This app is a total waste of time it doesn't work, continually comes up with oops! we have had a little technical error try again later. This is supposed to be part of my package that I am paying for, and from what I can see, a lot of other people are having the same issue, yet you continually ignore them and put up what is a bogus fix. How about you? Actually, fix the issue. only 1 star because there is no option for a zero.

Currently on a 10 day trial, considered and made the decision to sign up for the $100+ month package, but have changed my mind as of today as there's just too many ads. To be paying that amount and still getting ads is absolutely ridiculous! On top of that, seeing all the other reviews here doesn't help at all. I understand ads on live TV but on demand, that's not on!
