They did it! 612km conquered over 4 days of intense cycling raising an incredible £9,868 & counting for The Toy Trust's Mega Midsummer Mayhem fundraiser. Richard Sutcliffe & Rory Edwards were treated to a hero’s welcome at Goliath HQ with a celebratory BBQ organised for their arrival. Over the 26.5 hours in the saddle, Richard & Rory faced wind, rain, sandblasts and city traffic to achieve their goal with the changing scenery, conversations & windmill spotting keeping their spirits up on the mammoth journey. Reflecting on their cycle, Richard summed it up, ‘It was set out to be a challenge and we certainly achieved that part; but supporting each other when it got tough is what got us through.’ Thank you to all of the support from the sponsors & donations in aid of Richard & Rory’s challenge – it will make such a difference to The Toy Trust’s chosen charity Kids Inspire.

We are deeply saddened by the sudden and tragic passing of our dear friend and colleague, Robin Muller, following a fatal accident. Robin had been with Goliath for over a decade and had grown into the role of Sales Manager Benelux. He was a deeply loved colleague, known for his passion, speed, and big heart. He was only 33 years old and leaves behind his wife, Lieke, and their one-year-old son, Loek. Our hearts go out to his family, friends, colleagues, and everyone who had the privilege of working with him. We will miss him more than words can say.
