Once you’ve opted in, go to google.com on your device and search for something significant that has happened recently. If the Top stories feature appears in the search results page, click the star icon . Search for sources you want to find, click the checkbox to select, then at the bottom click reload results.

You’ll now find these sources more often in Top stories when they publish fresh content related to your search. Tip: Sources that aren’t updated regularly may not be available.
