    Students at SILS were sent on a Cultural Practicum for one month during winter vacation. We were placed in a work environment of our choosing, and given the chance to experience life from that perspective.

    ▪ Immersive home-stay experience in a Japanese household.
    ▪ Completed the Cultural Practicum 1-month work-study program at Ryokan Tanigawa in Gunma Prefecture and was the first international student to do so at this location, the success of which paved the way for future SILS students.
    ▪ Helped to create a PR strategy for foreign tourism in collaboration with Gunma City Hall as part of the Cultural Practicum experience.
    ▪ Member of Niji no Kai and SILS Music Club.
