Today, Technoprobe came to a halt to honor the passing of our founder, Giuseppe Crippa. The offices are silent, the meeting rooms empty, the research labs still, the production areas quiet, the cleanrooms deserted—his beloved community garden, too, stands still. All 3,300 Technoprobe employees around the world paused to remember and celebrate him. Tomorrow, we return to work, committed to carrying forward his extraordinary legacy. Grazie Giuseppe. In late May and early June, Technoprobe took part in two major semiconductor testing events: the European Test Symposium (ETS) in Estonia and the Semiconductor Wafer Test Conference (SWTest) in California. At ETS, with over 250 attendees, Technoprobe stood out by presenting four technical papers, including two in the industry track. Alessia Galli showcased the EclipseDynamic silicon photonics solution, while Mehdi Bejani, a PhD student supported by our metrology team, presented work on creating a digital twin of a probe card, later selected among the top three papers for IEEE Xplore publication. Technoprobe also organized a panel on chiplet testing, featuring experts from leading institutions and companies, and contributed to two specialized workshops (eARTS and CITAR). At SWTest, the leading probe industry event with over 750 participants, our SVP Raffaele Vallauri delivered the keynote address on agile methodologies in probe card development. Giulia Rottoli contributed to a paper by Andy Chang from Marvell, who presented their joint work on RF and silicon photonics probing solutions. The presentation won the Best Presentation Award. Additionally, together with Intel we introduced Athena, our new Probe Card Analyzer, marking Technoprobe’s expansion into probe card analysis equipment.
