Founded in Monestier de Clermont, Grenoble, France, in 1952, Moncler is now based in Italy. Over the course of the years the brand has teamed style with ongoing technological research which harnesses the knowledge of mountaineering experts. Moncler collections combine extreme needs with day-to-day city life. In 2003 Remo Ruffini took over the company of which he is now Chairman and CEO. Moncler directly produces and distributes it's own clothing and accessories collections, through its direct boutiques and the world’s most exclusive department and multibrand stores.

MONCLER GROUP H1 2025 REVENUES AT 1,226 MILLION EUROS, UP 1% cFX. H1 2025 EBIT REACHES 225 MILLION EUROS, WITH A MARGIN OF 18.3%. Moncampus Class of 2025 Graduation Day. This month, another successful year of Moncampus, Moncler Group’s flagship talent program, came to its conclusion. Throughout the one-year program, participants worked on four strategic projects tackling real business challenges, while benefiting from the mentorship of senior colleagues and the collaboration with POLI.design of Politecnico di Milano. This unique initiative has helped Moncler Group talents develop a sharp, globally minded understanding of business and fostered both personal and professional growth. We are proud to have concluded this final milestone hosted at IMD, the world-renowned business school for management and leadership, which perfectly reflects our values of development, leadership, and continuous learning.
