The 2026 CalCPA Family Law Conference offers a comprehensive program exploring emerging trends, complex financial considerations and practical strategies shaping family law practice. JAMS neutral Hon. Vanessa A. Zecher (Ret.) will participate in the Judges’ Panel on Wednesday, October 28, from 3:40–4:55 p.m. PT. This interactive discussion will offer valuable perspectives from the bench on evidence presentation, expert testimony, courtroom expectations and frequently encountered issues in family law matters.
