Dr. Annie Duchen shows you how to get the most out of your Sony OTC Hearing Aids by personalizing them to suit your needs.
Your OTC hearing aid will arrive preinstalled with size S (small) click sleeves. If these aren’t comfortable, you can switch to one of the other three sizes provided (XS, M, L). Choose a smaller size if the hearing aid is pressing on your ear or a larger size if the hearing aid feels loose or makes a whistling noise. Also, your left and right ear may be slightly different sizes, so feel free to use different size sleeves in each ear.
Check the User Guide or watch these instructional videos to learn how to insert, fit, and remove your hearing aids.

It's not complicated. The app will guide you through the process, which will take about 10 minutes.
Before starting, please do the following:
- Make sure your device has a strong internet connection (Wi-Fi® or cellular) throughout the customization process.
- Find a place where you will not be disturbed by other loud sounds.
- Unmute your device and set the media sound volume to a high level (about 75%).
- We don't recommend setting the media volume to 100%.
