I am a freelancer and my livelihood depends entirely on this.I submitted the official recovery form a month ago but I haven't received a human response. To help get this thread noticed and escalated by a GitHub Community Moderator or Staff member, make sure to add the "Privacy" or "Account-Security" label to this discussion post if you can. While waiting for a staff member to reply here, do not post your actual public SSH key directly in this public forum, as attackers could use it to track your active commits across the web. Instead, keep that key ready to reply only to the private Support ticket once a human agent contacts you.

I urgently need a response from GitHub Staff.

It has now been over a month since my GitHub account was suspended after I reported that it had been compromised. Since then, I have received no meaningful update regarding my case.

During this time, I have done everything I could to get help:

• I opened an official GitHub Support request.
• I sent multiple follow-up emails.
• I opened a discussion in the GitHub Community asking for assistance.
• I even contacted the Abuse team in an attempt to reach someone who could review my case.

Despite all of this, I still have no information about what is happening.

This account is essential for my freelance work. It contains repositories used for active client projects, and I have been forced to recreate repositories just to continue working. This situation is directly affecting my business and my clients.

I understand why my account was suspended after I reported it as compromised, but waiting over a month without any update or communication is unacceptable.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for someone from GitHub Staff to review my case and provide me with an update.

Please, I need an answer.
