Update the icon font: sixteen icons redrawn, nine added, and five menus take new ones

Sixteen icons are redrawn and nine added (account_add_filled, flag_filled,
group_star_filled, loop_filled, note, note_crossed, reload_star_filled,
replace_circles_filled, reply_crossed); the font is regenerated.

Remove from Profile Music shows a crossed note instead of a bin - in the
message menu, the profile's music list and a story's music panel - Report in
a profile a filled flag, the first point of Disable Sharing a crossed reply,
and the composer's Audio item a note.
