Slash / commands not working.

Hi,

It appears there is something wrong with my Continue installation.

It became apparent when I tried to set permissions /permissions for an MCP so it didn't prompt me to accept every blade of grass.

Typing /permissions caused Claude to respond, rather than listing options. The only option I get is /init.

Further more, when I select OUTPUT in the terminal window, apparently the drop-down should list Continue. But, it's not there.

I have completely uninstalled the extension, following #3383:

rm -rf ~/.continue
rm -rf ~/.vscode/extensions/continue*
rm -rf ~/AppData\Roaming\Code\Local Storage

I know this worked as I got the initial setup page.

Before I applied my config.yaml file, I tested /help and nothing. Just /init and /asset_creation_strategy:

It's the same whether I am in Agent or Chat mode.

No form of $env:CONTINUE_AUTO_ACCEPT = "true" works.

I'm out of ideas, and it's unusable with all these prompts. If anyone can suggest what might be wrong, I'd be very grateful if you could point me in the right direction. I hope it's something simple and just a case of RTFM 😄
