Auto-connect/disconnect VPN based on trusted Wi-Fi SSID

It would be very useful to add an option to automatically control the VPN connection depending on the current Wi-Fi network.

For example:

• Home / trusted Wi-Fi SSID → automatically stop VPN
• Disconnect from trusted Wi-Fi → automatically start VPN
• Mobile data → automatically start VPN
• Any other Wi-Fi network → automatically start VPN

Ideally, there could be a Trusted Wi-Fi networks list in Settings, where users can select SSIDs on which v2rayNG should remain disconnected.

A common use case is that the VPN/proxy is already configured directly on the home router, so devices connected to the home Wi-Fi do not need to run v2rayNG at all. However, as soon as the device leaves the home Wi-Fi and switches to mobile data or another Wi-Fi network, v2rayNG should connect automatically.

This would avoid running two VPN/proxy layers unnecessarily and would remove the need for Tasker, MacroDroid, or other automation apps.
