on linux mint , I'm trying to bypass a vpn app , and set ip and port and tunnel the hole system, but v2rayn doesn't bypass it

On Linux Mint, first check which proxy mode and routing mode you're using in v2rayN. If you want the entire system to use the proxy but exclude one VPN application, you may need process-based routing rather than only setting the system proxy.
