Chaque épisode présente la rencontre entre un talent de nos studios et un·e professionnel·le d'un autre domaine. Nous sommes très heureux·ses d’accueillir au studio de Paris l’exposition de l’association L'Autre Cercle, dédiée à l’inclusion des personnes LGBTQIA+ dans le monde du travail. 👉 Cette exposition, composée de 12 kakémonos, propose un parcours à la fois pédagogique et impactant : - Définitions clés - Chiffres marquants (comme celui-ci : 50% des personnes LGBT+ ne sont pas visibles dans leur organisation) - Pistes concrètes pour agir et lutter contre les discriminations et la LGBTphobie en entreprise. Un grand merci à L'Autre Cercle pour cette initiative essentielle, et à Mathilde Tassain, notre référente Diversité & Inclusion, pour avoir porté ce projet avec conviction ! Et on en profite pour saluer le travail de l'ERG du French Queer Bureau, qui réunit et soutient nos salarié·es LGBTQIA+ au studio et en France ! 🌈 Inclusion continues beyond Pride Month! 🎮 Retour sur la 8e édition du GAME CAMP ou 1600 professionnels du jeu vidéo se sont réunis à Lille pour échanger et assister à des conférences. Ce fut l'occasion de discuter des sorties de jeux qui ont marqué l'industrie ces derniers mois. Parmi les moments forts, l'intervention de Thierry NOËL sur l'authenticité dans les jeux Ubisoft et les liens entre la recherche et le jeu vidéo a suscité le plus grand intérêt. Prêts pour une avalanche de câlins canins ? 🐶 Retour en images sur notre TAKE YOUR DOG TO WORK DAY au studio de Paris ! La semaine dernière, nos collaborateurs ont partagé leur espace de travail avec leurs adorables compagnons à quatre pattes, pour une journée aussi conviviale que productive. Nous avons commencé par une promenade et un pique-nique au Lac de Saint-Mandé, parfaits pour des échanges et des séances de jeu. Ensuite, des ateliers animés par l’École des Chiens Guides ont rythmé la journée. Pour le déjeuner, le foodtruck « Hot-Dog » et un bar à « dogcakes » ont ravi les papilles. Last week, our staff shared their workspace with their adorable four-legged companions, for a day that was as convivial as it was productive. We began with a walk and picnic at Lac de Saint-Mandé, perfect for exchanges and play sessions. This was followed by workshops led by the Guide Dog School. For lunch, the “Hot-Dog” foodtruck and a “dogcake” bar delighted the taste buds.
