At Parfums Christian Dior, we commit and act to preserve the unique heritage of Grasse and foster sustainable flower farming practices. Véronique COURTOIS, CEO of Parfums Christian Dior, and Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creation Director, recently celebrated the flowers domains of the House throughout the Grasse region at the Château de La Colle Noire in the South of France. This estate, where Christian Dior enjoyed spending his summers, welcoming his friends, and cultivating his own flowers, now spans a 5 hectares domain and is cultivated using sustainable methods. Adding to the experience, our producers had the chance to tour the Sainte-Anne estate's Chapel, which now features the stained-glass windows created by Jean-Michel Othoniel, and sample the inaugural vintage of the Château's rosé wine. The event was a beautiful occasion to commemorate the harvests and honor the expertise and dedication of our local growers. At Parfums Christian Dior, inclusivity is at the heart of our values and is an integral part of our CSR policy supporting disability inclusion. Last March, we were happy to announce the permanent integration of Rémi and Vincent; both with severe autism; within our packaging teams at Saint-Jean de Braye and Chartres industrial sites. Our Engagement Week in June, gave us the opportunity to celebrate our partnership with VETA (Vivre et Travailler Autrement ), an association dedicated to integrating employees with autism, during a conference with VETA’s president, Jean François Dufresne. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Vincent’s parents, whose son was the first autistic employee hired at Parfums Christian Dior. They shared a very moving testimony on the remarkable progresses Vincent has made since joining us. We were also happy to announce the recent arrival of Nicolas at Saint-Jean de Braye. At Parfums Christian Dior, we commit and act to re-enchant the world.    At the end of June, we held our second Engagement Week, TOGETHER DIOR, a major international event that our CSR teams organized as part of a comprehensive initiative aiming to celebrate not only our commitment, but also our positive impact on society and on the environment.   Over five amazing days, TOGETHER DIOR was dedicated to making a difference through CSR activities, vibrant workshops, inspiring conferences, and volunteering.  This year, more than 7,500 participants responded to our call to action and lived up to our commitments : cultivating care and nature preservation.
