Our Committed Journey. How can craftsmanship become a bridge for inclusion and social impact? Through a longstanding partnership between LVMH and La Fabrique NOMADE, Louis Vuitton supports the professional integration of migrant and refugee artisans in France, enabling them to share their savoir-faire and find their rightful place in society. Founded in 2016, La Fabrique NOMADE helps preserve exceptional crafts while creating opportunities for artisans to thrive. In 2025, Louis Vuitton has renewed its engagement and enriched this partnership through creative volunteering, skills-based sponsorship, special orders, and donations of materials. As part of these collaborations, Louis Vuitton talents find purpose and pride in sharing their expertise: Matthias, Jewelry Design Manager Fashion Show, explains: “At the end of the day, I feel grateful to have a profession that I deeply enjoy. If I can use my passion to change someone else’s life for the better, or to promote this project, I know I’m putting my talents to good use.” Camille, New Product Development Manager, adds: “We share a true artisan-to-artisan dialogue, based on the same level of savoir-faire and execution. Standing for committed luxury with a social impact is essential, it personally drives me, and makes me proud to work for a company that upholds these values.” By linking creativity with inclusion, Louis Vuitton shows how craftsmanship can open doors, create opportunities, and make a positive impact. #LouisVuitton #OurCommittedJourney #MétiersdExcellence

Our Committed Journey. How are Louis Vuitton workshops embracing sustainability to shape a greener future? Across our workshops and warehouses around the world, teams are putting eco-responsibility into practice, from sustainable materials and energy efficiency to waste reduction and circular creativity. Since 2020, Our Committed Journey, our environmental roadmap to preserve natural resources, has guided this collective effort. Employees in every Louis Vuitton workshop are coming together to explore these advances, celebrate milestones already achieved, and gain the tools to go further toward eco-manufacturing — as they recently did at the Issoudun-Condé site in France. Sandrine NOEL, Environment Director, shares the determination driving the teams forward: “We are determined to accelerate, knowing that protecting natural resources also means safeguarding our savoir-faire and ensuring the future of our Maison.” For Doina Marinovici, Director of the Vendée Workshops and sponsor of this initiative, this series of events carries broader significance: “These gatherings spark a collective energy that shows how innovation and responsibility in our workshops worldwide can shape a sustainable future.” Through their commitment, Louis Vuitton’s workshops and warehouses play a pivotal role in advancing Our Committed Journey, proving that sustainability is not a choice, but the foundation of lasting growth and timeless luxury. #LouisVuitton #OurCommittedJourney

Louis Vuitton Retail Talents. How can a career in retail help you turn your boldest dreams into reality? Meet Aner, Team Manager at New York’s 57th Street store, who shares how he achieved his. “I always wanted more for myself, I come from a small town in Massachusetts, and from a young age, I knew I wanted to be in New York City. I believed that if I could picture it in my mind’s eye, I could make it a reality,” says Aner, recalling the spark of ambition that set his journey in motion. “I joined the House 11 years ago as a Client Advisor in Boston. Since then, I’ve grown up with Louis Vuitton — moving from Boston to Chicago, and now, to New York. Every step of the way, I’ve felt supported. The same support I received in Boston, I found again in Chicago, and I still feel it here in New York. I’ve always felt heard — uplifted by leaders who believed in me, even during times I struggled to believe in myself,” he reflects, describing a journey shaped by mobility, mentorship, and a supportive network. Today, Aner is most passionate about paying that support forward: “What I'm most proud of is seeing how through my own growth, I can develop my team. I’m here to uplift them and to push them. Knowing I was in their shoes helps, as I’m able to pass on the tools that helped me evolve over the years. Coaching them and seeing them succeed really makes me proud.” Aner’s advice to candidates? “At the end of the day, we're all dreamers. We all started somewhere. So join us and push yourself to achieve the full potential you have within.” Inspired by Aner’s journey within the House? Louis Vuitton Celebrates Talent. What is it like to restore the beauty of a timeless Louis Vuitton creation? Meet Maudie, an Artisan at Louis Vuitton’s Repair Center in Piscataway, New Jersey, who has been serving clients across the East Coast of the United States since 2021. “Working at Louis Vuitton has shaped what true excellence means to me: caring for what already exists and transforming it so that it continues to shine over time”, she shares. Yet when she first joined, Maudie admits she had a different vision of the House: “Before I joined, I only viewed Louis Vuitton as an icon for luxury and exclusivity. What surprised me was finding a warm atmosphere, where excellence combines with a sense of belonging and support, turning the House into a true family.” Maudie’s role is to bring new life to iconic pieces with precision, dedication and respect for the House’s heritage. In doing so, she has developed a keen sense of empathy, knowing that her work contributes to clients’ lives by preserving memories: “It’s not just about luxury products but about the recollections and emotions each piece holds. One of my most special experiences was at the Murakami event in SoHo, New York, where I painted and repaired a client’s handbag. Seeing her excitement when she received it restored almost like new reminded me that we don’t just work with objects, but with stories and heirlooms that transcend time. That moment reaffirmed my calling and my pride in being an artisan at the House.” Inspired by Maudie’s story and passionate about preserving stories?
