🍼 Cow’s Milk Allergy (CMA): Supporting HCP and Parents in shared decision making Cow’s Milk Allergy is one of the most common food allergies worldwide, yet its diagnosis remains a challenge. Overlapping symptoms with other childhood illnesses often lead to both under- and over-diagnosis—each with its own consequences for families and care pathways. To address this, the CoMiSS™ (Cow’s Milk-related Symptom Score) was developed in 2014 by the CoMiSS™ Expert Consensus Group to raise awareness and support more accurate diagnosis. In 2025, the group introduced Pre-CoMiSS™, a parent-facing version of the tool. Its goal?
