I actually have tried every productivity app … and this is THE ONE!! if you’re looking for an app with a focus timer, Eisenhower matrix, task management, habit tracker, mood tracker, highly customizable reminders/ visual layout/ organization, notes management, all in one calendar.. and so much more (while also doing all of these things better than any app that focuses on even just one of them..) this is the app for you. (I think this is the only review I’ve seriously ever left so you know I’m fr)I’ve been picky about finding a good calendar and task app. That is a good balance between customization and personalization. (Visually, and organizationally) well also having a lot of various features and options for notification lists or tags, color coding, etc- but this app really goes above and beyond… I mean, it’s literally like a combination of every productivity app you’ll ever need, but also all of the best productivity apps combined.. something else that I really love is all of the widgets-I know it sounds silly, but I’ve always looked for this characteristic in most productivity apps I get … there are so many different type types of widgets to choose from and for your lock screen too! I also love the way that the widgets look and my home screen and lock screen like something about the font and the visual aspect of it is just so nice looking! Some of the widgets you can customize the colors of(,: your search ends here!! This is the app!!

I actually have tried every productivity app … and this is THE ONE!! if you’re looking for an app with a focus timer, Eisenhower matrix, task management, habit tracker, mood tracker, highly customizable reminders/ visual layout/ organization, notes management, all in one calendar.. and so much more (while also doing all of these things better than any app that focuses on even just one of them..) this is the app for you. So I’ve waited quite some time before I wrote a review just so that I had enough time to use every aspect of the platform in both the free and the pro version and then got comfortable enough with it to utilize it on my day-to-day. Honestly, the aesthetics of it are great. I love that you can toggle between light and dark mode. It’s got really useful widgets and all features are incredibly customizable as well, which is another big plus. It’s super simple if I wanna add a quick task to my day or an event to my calendar. And it’s equally as quick if I want to check off an item after completion. I love that it keeps track of my daily habits and how it gamifies them so it definitely makes my to-do list feel a lot more doable. It even has a Pomodoro timer, there’s a countdown feature and even an Eisenhower matrix. It’s super simple but incredibly loaded down with all the good stuff so I think it’s the perfect blend of what you would expect something like this to have and what you really would love for it too include. I use it every single day and I really like it. It is become my go to for schedule keeping and I was someone who used to toggle between the Things App, Sorted and Fantastical lol. Kudos to the creators because they not only hit the mark on usability and features, but they also do their part with maintenance and upkeep always adding new things and doing updates so if you do download this app, do yourself a favor and just splurge that little bit on the pro version you will not regret it and it’s so affordable to boot!

Wow this is such a nice todo list, reminder, and note taking app, so smartly made and intuitive, it has everything you need to make a todo list you love and customize accordingly. I don't usually write reviews for apps but I had to write one for this right away. I love the batch import feature, it made importing my tasks to the app so much easier, you can just copy and paste and it recognizes that they are indivual tasks and ask you if you want to import them as such. The only thing that needs to be changed is when they ask you to login everytime you refresh or whenever, some people like me don’t want to login or be tied to some cloud server, they want to use the app as is, so for this people they should make it much easier to turn that feature off so you wont constanly be asked to sign in or log in. Other than that, its exactly the kind of app I was looking for my tasks, it literally has everything you need and so nicely set up and organized which is very rare to find. I downloaded so many that were bad or required a sign in to even use which I deleted right away, until I found this one. This app is simple yet has just the right amount of advanced features if you need to use them but without making the app too complicated to deal with. I give high thumbs up to the designers of this app. Thanks for making our lives a little bit easier.
