App buttons doesn’t work for renewal of driving licence. It is disabled. So that we have to pay extra amount to outside agents.

I have applied for the renewal of the driving license through Tapp, it’s been a month and I haven’t received any response from the department.

I went to the RTA office to check the status of my application. Government authorities are not able to help me in issuing my license due to technical issue with Tapp team.

When I called them from RTA office, they said their servers were down, they wanted me to send an email to their support team. Inspite of doing all of those I haven’t got any response from them for 24 hrs. Now when I called them insisting them to resolve my issue, they hung up saying I will receive a email response from the technical department.

I am currently in the process of transferring vehicle ownership through the app, but I am encountering a technical issue that is preventing me from completing the mandatory selfie step for proof of RTA transfer.

Each time I attempt to take a selfie, the app displays a technical error, which halts my progress and prevents me from moving forward with the transfer. This step is essential to proceed with the transaction, so I would appreciate if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
