Amazing app but pls fix crashing/reseting, and having full houses

I have been playing for about 7 years (before Toca world, when all the apps were seperate) and it is an AMAZING app, which I highly recommend. I have loved all the new packs coming out lately especially since we only used to get 1-4 per year, but unfortunately there has been one problem. Ever since so many different houses and packs have been added my Toca seems to crash WAY more because of how many houses are being used. Every time I make a normal house, it becomes full and then next time I go to play, my world will be reset or it won’t let me open any places which leaves me with no choice but to reset it which make me a little upset as I spent at least an hour on it and it means everything else is reset as well. I know this happens to MANY people but it especially happens to me EXTREMELY often as I have every pack except the arcade (guess you could say I’m addicted🤣) , and I get that it makes it hard for the app to function properly yet the game would be PERFECT if you fixed it. I know it is probably impossible but I just miss the days when my Toca hardly ever crashed or reset. I rly hope you can fix this over time, but thank you for all the new additions recently it makes playing excited as I get to try new packs and make new homes and place💗Also, for anyone reading this please consider downloading this app, especially if you are obsessed with designing and role playing. Thank you Toca for making the best game ever 🤩👍🏻🫶🏻

(First of all creators please take my feedback as constructive criticism and not hating on the game or anything)I think this game is really fun! I love how you can create your own characters roleplay and do a lot of creative stuff in the game like designing your own house all of that is really fun, but there’s just a few things and I have a suggestion so I don’t know if this has happened to other people but I had a house, characters and everything I stoped playing it for 2 weeks because I wanted to get off my device a bit more and when I came back everything was refreshed?? All of my characters were gone and my house??? It’s not a big deal since i can just create characters and rebuild a new house but I found it quite annoying at first because I really liked my old house. That was all of the glitches and now I have a suggestion, it’s kind of gets boring and tiring making characters because you want a different outfit and I already know that there is some clothing shops but why not create a clothing shop with all of the clothes and stuff like that so you can just have 1 character and just change the clothes and not have to make a whole new character 10 times just so you can get a different outfit for them to wear so that was my suggestion to make a big clothing shop for the characters in the game but other then that it’s a really great game I recommend it to all children because it’s really cool and fun. (Don’t take any of this to offence I love the game so much i just have a few suggestions to help feel free to add them to the game or not up to yous) I love Toca Boca it’s easily one of the best games it so fun me and my friends enjoy playing it so do much honestly the game is just perfect, I do have a few suggestions though, it would be great if the game could make some of the stuff you have to pay for free like some furniture, houses and outfits I do get you guys do have to make some profit of it but some people like me don’t have money for it or parents don’t allow to spend money on a game so making some things free would be amazing as there is a quite limited amount of furniture and houses/places, so some people only have the few starter houses so making more free options for houses and furniture/ decorations would be great also I would suggest having the characters have jobs to make money and that’s how we can pay for some stuff other than paying with real life money also I would recommend letting people add friends on the game so they can choose of if their worlds to play in and they both in the one world to role play together and maybe even help decorate eachothers houses ,and lastly I would recommend letting the players build the houses more than once as people that aren’t allowed to pay for things have more things to do , but overall I do really recommend toca Boca it is a great game very intriguing and fun I hope you guys take some of my recommendations please and thank you 🙏🏻
