I have been playing this game for a long time, and it’s mostly awesome. One issue I’d like to see you guys address is shortening the recharge time, it would make the game much more engaging. I love the graphics and the gameplay and the lack of ads. I don’t even mind that things can take a while to merge. The bonus items when you hit 12 rave reviews is an excellent addition. I also love that you keep the storyline going, many other apps get to a certain point and just seem to be phoning it in. Kudos!My other issue is your ads. I have read the reviews from others complaining that the ads are fake and nothing like the game. What I’d like the developers to know is that you absolutely don’t need to do the tired old trope of the “woman freezing in the snow / freezing in a run down cabin while her daughter looks sad” thing. Honestly, nothing makes me want to play a game less than seeing that. The story of your game is actually about a strong independent woman who can get things done, if you thought about advertising it in this way which is true to the storyline I truly believe people would appreciate and love that. Celebrate Quinn and Imelda and Amala, forget the sooky ads which seem to be doing you guys no favours judging by other reviews here. Loads of apps use the same sad ad style, honestly I think a lot of players are sick of seeing this kind of thing. You have an opportunity to break away from that and put out something positive and awesome, it’s literally already built in to your storyline.Overall this is a great merge game and I think you guys do an excellent job. I hope you consider my very honest (and sorry, very long!) feedback.

Can’t play the game

I used to Love this game, but gameplay is super limited not only by repetitive mechanics but I also have literally no more room on the board. Too many bubbles that I never use, it’s just visual clutter and desperate measures to get viewers to buy into micro purchases that improve the gameplay for one day, and SO MANY COINS AND UPGRADES I CANT DELETE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO RARE TO GET, and so rare mind you that multiple pieces will be on your board for MONTHS not getting upgraded just stuck there in the way taking up SPACE.Not my first time playing a merge game from the same developers the other games they have are just mirrored copies that pull you in but leave you with 5 mins of gameplay and me screaming at my phone because I can’t do anything only given 100 energy that gets spent 4x the speed then I’m forced to spend 10 gems for what was a free (watch an ad) energy pack every single day. I’ve tried to fix it myself not buy any energy packs for a couple days but it’s still asking me to spend even more gems. Honestly at my limit with this game I’ve tried to enjoy it more and more each day but it the same thing over and over again, incredibly difficult orders + pay to win. Please fix the game, or make it more enjoyable without added costs, I admit I have spent cash on this game in hopes it would be more fun but I don’t recommend spending money on this game, save your hard earned cash, there are other things to spend your money on…

Good game had to delete

This game was too good that i had to delete. The merge and storyline is fun and after playing everyday for 3 months i had to delete. the amount of money i have spent on this game is ridiculous. after playing for so long ive noticed the patterns in the game especially with ‘Dance’, the first spin will always land on the least value of 25 energy, encouraging you to spend money and increasing the price tag with each spin. Having energy replenished every 2 minutes is insanely long. You get short bursts of fun or you have to wait over an hour for 100 energy. There is no value in the money you spend and the fact that gems will increase for every 100 energy you purchase is again insane. If you are impatient with a full time job, DONT PLAY THIS GAME. im serious like the money i have spent is ridiculous but the value you get in return is insulting.Work on your energy replenish time, many people have pointed this out. im not the first person to have deleted this game due to the addictiveness nor will i be the last if you don’t make improvements to the game.If you don’t spend money, there will be days where it is so boring and there is no progression. either way, plenty of other games that will be bring value and more fun. Thanks for the 3 months of entertainment. will finally step out of Gossip Harbour

Game is so addictive!! I spent so much money in under a month as I’m too impatient to wait for the energy to be filled up again (takes ages!). Most of the time purchasing is not even worth it since it doesn’t get that far the game urge you to pay more to keep on playing. I have to stop myself so I’m deleting the app. First time I have spent this much money on a game and I feel so disgusted with myself after looking at my bank statement. So if you’re gullible and impatient like I am don’t download. Overall, the graphics and animation are cute. The ad was misleading tho but I didn’t mind as it is ad free. The story line got boring for me when level 40 hit I just kept skipping the story. It does get challenging as you get to higher level that it becomes frustrating. There were few times that I claim a prize that doesn’t show up and I don’t like that if I accidentally spent gems on something I wasn’t meant to it doesn’t have the option to undo it or even ask if you’re sure you’d want to spend 1000 gems on. I did enjoy the game til I realised how much real money I have spent. Props to people who made this game so addictive but I’m done with it.
