Sparks are flying in the kingdom of Royal Match, but not the romantic kind. Winston is hard at work in the forge to introduce something completely new: Merge Smith, a fresh event that brings merge mechanics into the game.

Quick take: Instead of matching tiles as usual, this time you step into the workshop and start merging materials. Wood stacks up, shields appear and helmets shine on the board as you combine them to upgrade each item and craft stronger gear. Every merge pushes you along the event track, unlocking the next item Winston has been preparing for you. Of course, Winston wouldn’t run a workshop without rewards and every milestone unlocks something useful such as boosters and card packs, with even more special prizes waiting at the end of the forge.

Don’t miss: The event also introduces the Anvil Pass, which adds extra collectibles and bonus prizes; it can be unlocked with gold directly inside the game. Even without it, you can collect 15 collectibles for free, while unlocking the Anvil Pass expands the hunt with up to 150 collectibles waiting along the reward path.
