Our client, a leading manufacturing firm in the UAE, is #hiring! 🔍 Position: Production Operator 🧑🏭 Openings: 5 Salary: ▶️ AED 1,500/month (Probation – 6 months) ▶️ AED 1,800/month (Post-probation, based on performance) 🔧 Role Overview: The Production Operator will be responsible for preparation, mixing, charging of raw materials, and packaging of finished goods (FG) in accordance with production standards. This is a hands-on role requiring physical fitness, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures. 🌟 Plastic Industry Experience is a Must Candidates with prior experience in the plastic manufacturing or masterbatch additive industry will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Operate 150L & 300L mixer machines ✅ Measure and blend raw materials as per formula ✅ Fill, seal & stack 25kg bags ✅ Maintain accurate production logs ✅ Prepare pallets for dispatch ✅ Clean extrusion lines during downtime ✅ Ensure a safe, clean working environment ✅ Follow PPE and safety protocols Candidate Requirements: 🔺 Minimum 6 months’ experience in masterbatch additive production 🔺 Plastic industry background preferred 🔺 Must be physically fit (outdoor/heat exposure) 🔺 Basic English is acceptable 🔺 Strong with basic math 🔺 Mechanically inclined; understands materials/tools 🔺 Forklift driving – a plus 🎁 Additional Benefits: 🏠 Accommodation provided 🚌 Transport provided ✈️ Yearly airfare allowance 🍽️ Food: Self-cooked 📨 To apply, send your CV to: 📧 recruitment@htrustconsulting.com 🚀 Immediate joiners preferred – Apply now!
