Content-Security-Policynames every address it may contact, and not one of them belongs to us. - Nothing about your files is sent anywhere Not the file, not a thumbnail, not the name, the size, or how many you chose. No tool here reads any of that out. There is no server on the other end of these tools to read it.
- It works offline Open a tool once, disconnect from the internet, and it keeps working on your files exactly as before. That is hard to fake: a tool that sent your files somewhere to be processed would simply stop.
None of that has to be taken on trust. How to tell whether a tool really needs your files sets out four checks you can run yourself, on this site or any other.

Images
Resize one, shrink one, take out what it quietly records about you, or draw one from nothing - none of it sent anywhere.
- Image Compressor Say the size you need — 100 KB, 2 MB, anything — and it finds the least compression that gets there.
- Image Resizer Exact pixels, a percentage, or a long edge — with a crop box and a format change on the way through. One picture or a folder.
- HEIC to JPG The photos an iPhone makes, in a format everything opens — decoded on your own machine, not on somebody's server.
- ID Photo Maker Pick a country and a document, and the crop box takes that rule's head height and eye line. Prints at the exact mm and DPI, with a 4 × 6 sheet, and squeezes the upload into the portal's KB band.
- Image Stacker Combine a burst into one picture: average away the noise, take the median to lose the passers-by, or lighten for star trails. Reads RAW files without a converter.
- Image Redactor Black out, pixelate or blur part of a picture. The covered pixels are overwritten before the file is written, so there is no layer to move aside.

- DICOM Viewer Open a CT, MR, X-ray or ultrasound scan on your own machine. Window and level it, scroll the whole series, measure in millimetres, and read every tag in the header.
- Image to ICO A favicon, a Windows app icon or a macOS .icns — every size in one file, with a preview at 16 pixels before you download.
- Image to Data URI Base64 for pictures, percent-encoding for SVG, and the CSS rule or
<img>tag already built around it. - SVG to Image An SVG has no pixel size of its own, so the number is yours to pick — 32 or 8000, and the same sharpness either way.
- Image to SVG A bitmap enlarged is a staircase. An outline is instructions, so it is sharp at any size — if what you have is a shape rather than a photograph.
- Height Comparison Chart Put two adults, a child and a doorway on the same ruler — in centimetres or feet and inches — and download it as a PNG or an SVG.
Video & animation
Cut it, convert it, or build one out of still pictures, without the footage leaving your machine.
- Images to Video Turn a folder of images into an MP4 slideshow. Encoding runs on your own machine, using your own hardware.
- Video Cutter Mark every part worth keeping as it plays, then save them as one video. The frames are copied rather than re-encoded, so nothing is lost.
- Video Cropper Drag a box over a clip and cut it down to that shape — square for a feed, tall for a phone, or an exact pixel box.
- Video Reverser Play a clip backwards — the picture and the sound both — without sending it anywhere.
- Time-Lapse Maker Turn a long clip into a short one — hours into seconds — without sending it anywhere.
- Video Frame Grabber Save any frame of a clip as a picture, at the video's own size — one at a time, or one every few seconds.
- Video to GIF Mark the seconds you want, choose a width and a frame rate, and get an animated GIF — palette, dithering and all.

Documents & audio
Rearrange a document or trim a recording, without sending either off to be processed.
- PDF Merger & Splitter Combine documents, cut one into several, and drag pages into the order you want. Links and bookmarks are rebuilt to follow the pages they point at, and every finished file is opened again and counted before you are offered it.
- PDF Compressor Make a document smaller by recompressing the pictures inside it. It shows you where the size actually is first, and says plainly when there is nothing to be had.
- PDF Redactor Delete words from a PDF rather than covering them. The letters are taken out of the page's own drawing instructions, the gap is held open so nothing else moves, and the finished file is opened again and searched here to prove the words are not in it.
- Images to PDF Combine images into one PDF, one picture per page. JPEG photos are copied in exactly as they are, so nothing loses quality.
- Document Scanner A photo of a page, straightened and cleaned up into a document. The corners are found for you, the angle is undone, and the shadow is divided out.
- Extract Audio from Video Drop an MP4, MOV or WebM in and save the sound on its own. Only the audio track is decoded — the picture is never read, and the file never leaves your machine.
- Audio Trimmer Mark every part worth keeping as it plays, then save them as one recording. Cuts land on the exact sample, and the joins do not click.
