We start with locally sourced, grass-fed and finished suet bought straight from Dakota farms that we have met and we trust. Next up we render it slowly, in-house and in small batches. It’s a hands-on process, but it ensures the quality stays exactly where it should be.

From there, we keep things simple—blending with a few carefully chosen organic ingredients that support the tallow, not compete with it. No fillers. No synthetics. No fragrance.
