Arnold Rauers is a very talented and creative guy. I love his games too death, but my favorite is Card Thief. This game's mechanics are similar is many ways to the aforementioned, but much more confusing in their presentation. I don't mind complexity and maybe I am missing something, but I am unable to feel the same level of tactical control I do with his other games.

I love all this Dev's games, for the most part. This one is quite challenging, but not so hard it isn't fun! The tutorial makes it seem very challenging and like another reviewer said, like a bunch of games in one, but once you start playing it's not too hard to learn. I think the tutorial needs to be tweaked so it's not so much of an information dump at once. Also, the shuffling transitions are... Too.... Slow....

Fun game, but some rather confusing mechanics. Takes a while to figure everything out, and there are a few bugs here and there. I often find myself wanted to draw the line between cards by dragging, which feels more natural, than tapping. Even with tapping, waiting on the animations is a pain sometimes, where I go to tap the next card and nothing happens, as an animation ignores it. I also wish there was a store front, with the option to unlock everything at once.
